What are the return options in Europe?

 

Important: Customized products cannot be returned/refunded. In case the order is returned to the warehouse, it will be returned to the buyer and the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

What charges will apply if I make a full refund of my order or request an item exchange?

Item exchange: For each order, CRISJOYAS offers a first exchange without handling fees. The second exchange request will have a total cost of €10 in Europe (shipping included).

Grades:
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to manage the exchange or return.
You will receive a refund for the amount of the returned products through the same payment method you used for your purchase. The refund may take up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the package at our warehouse. Please note that the shipping costs of the initial order are excluded from the amount to be paid.
CRISJOYAS will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in good condition.
In the event that the order contains promotional products, these must be returned if the order does not meet the conditions of the promotion as a result of the return.
