Do you want to make an exchange/return within the first 30 days?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exchange or return your order. You can request an exchange or refund for your order in all the cases listed below, as long as it is not a personalized product:
– I got the wrong ring size.
– The product is not what I expected
– I received the order in poor condition
Remember that products must be in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use; otherwise, the exchange or refund will not be processed. If you received a gift with your purchase, please remember to include this product in the return package.
Warranty – Defective Product:
Does your jewelry have a defect within the one-year warranty period?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products from the date of receipt of the order.
The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship and does not include wear and tear due to accidental use and/or mistreatment of the product.
