What are the return options outside of Europe?
Important: Customized products cannot be returned or refunded. If the order is returned to the warehouse, it will be returned to the buyer, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
You may return your jewelry to us at your own expense up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Please email us first, return@crisjoyas.com
What charges will apply if I request a full refund or exchange of my order?
Full refund: There are no handling fees for returning jewelry. You must return the jewelry by mail, being responsible for all shipping costs and any customs fees.
Item exchange: For each order, CRISJOYAS offers a free initial size or jewelry exchange with handling fees. Subsequent exchange requests will have a total cost of €10.
Your package must arrive to us with taxes and shipping prepaid. Otherwise, the package will be automatically returned and the request will be rejected.
Grades:
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to process the return.
You will receive your refund in the same way you made your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Please note that shipping costs for the initial order are excluded from the refund.
CRISJOYAS will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
